Payments or deposits for web development are non-refundable. Canceled or delayed projects are still billable for work completed.

Payments for SEO, social media, or internet marketing are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Setup Fees

Setup fees cover campaign initialization costs and are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback is considered fraud. Services may be suspended and legal action taken. Contact us at info@versadigitalsystems.org for billing concerns.

Hosting

Hosting payments are non-refundable. Billing continues until written cancellation is received.

Account Suspension

Late payments may result in suspension. Annual plans canceled early may be partially refunded at our discretion.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from marketing. Results depend on many external factors beyond our control.

Monthly Plans

Ongoing plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. Charges continue during the notice period.

Exceptions

Management may issue refunds at their discretion.
